Check out the pictures to get a feel. The building fronts I-71 just 5 miles south of the river with super easy access to all of Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. The neighborhood has great shopping, food and bars close by — with many popular spots within walking distance. We even have a nice backyard when you need to step away from the craziness for a few minutes. The building is home to our branding agency that uses all but about 1500 square feet. We are looking for fun, creative and energetic people to share the unused space. It would be ideal for folks in the creative field or startups looking for space to grow. Right now, the available space is completely open, but we would furnish and finish it depending on your needs. Free parking right in our lot!
